OUR SERVICES
Administrative evaluation and analysis:
The evaluation of this element allows determining the efficiency and production rates of the company to compare them with potential improvement rates achieved by implementing improvement opportunities. Additionally, it allows verifying appropriate control indices to measure productivity and/or possible deficiencies in processes such as bottlenecks, loops, or rework. The evaluation of this element allows determining the efficiency and production rates of the company to compare them with potential improvement rates achieved by implementing improvement opportunities. Electrical evaluation and analysis
The evaluation of this element allows determining the power quality of electrical systems and networks to verify that the parameters are within standards. It helps identify any indications of deviations or wastage through energy consumption behavior. It ensures that there is no contamination in the network, such as harmonics and reactive power. It also ensures that electrical equipment maintains an acceptable performance rate and is properly sized.
Includes
• Installation of power analyzers at strategic points of the electrical installation to evaluate energy consumption and electrical demand behavior, load balancing, voltage levels (electric tension), harmonic levels, power factor in the network, and specific equipment over a period of no less than 15 days.
• Review of installations using an infrared temperature meter and thermal imaging camera.
• Measurement of loads in motors, data retrieval, and statistical data analysis.
• Evaluation, conclusions, and improvement proposals.
Mechanical evaluation and analysis
The evaluation of this element allows establishing operating conditions for processes involving movement, load, and force. The parameters considered in this element also help determine if the work performed by equipment and machines meets the operational needs of the production process and ensures that there are no wastages in the process.
Includes
• Measurement of high and low pressure in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Measurement of torque and force in load movement, extrusion, and/or molding systems.
• Measurement of angular velocity with tachometers on shafts, displacement, and vibrations.
• Review of automatic control systems.
• Data analysis using a force and motion simulation program.
• Evaluation, conclusions, and improvement proposals.
Evaluation and analysis of Thermodynamic Systems (Environmental conditioning and refrigeration systems)
In the evaluation of this system, and with the use of simulation applications, it can be determined whether the rates of heat transfer and the refrigeration cycles are efficient in closed-cycle or dual-cycle environmental conditioning systems (chillers), as well as in refrigeration and preservation systems.
Includes
• Measurement of temperature for a period not less than 7 days with electronic thermostats in evaporators and condensers.
• Temperature measurement using a thermal imaging camera.
• Measurement of high and low pressure in gas refrigeration systems to construct a Mollier diagram and mechanical refrigeration cycle, and determine the coefficient of refrigeration effect.
• Measurements in air handling units (AHU) in Chiller systems with chilled water and cooling towers.
• Electrical measurements in chilled water recirculation pumps.
• Evaluation, conclusions, and improvement proposals.
Evaluation and analysis of Lighting Systems
In the evaluation of this element, the parameters are assessed using a simulator that verifies the measurements and allows for redesigns to ensure minimum comfort levels according to regulations, while also enabling the comparison of different technologies to identify opportunities for energy consumption improvement.

• Measurement of lumens in open and enclosed spaces.
• Review of lighting technologies used.
• Electrical measurement and review of control systems.
• Evaluation of potential natural lighting mechanisms.
• Evaluation of lighting levels with a simulator to verify compliance with workplace standards.
• Conclusions and improvement proposals.
